I would be wary of using this company for countertops.
My wife and I visited them and had a successful first visit. They became the front runner for our countertops so I asked to see their standard contract.
i was surprised to see a disclaimer indicating, since the slabs were heavy, they might damage my cabinets, walls and/or floor. Furthermore, it said they would not be held responsible for such damage.
i raised this concern with their sales person, and their response was they suggested i shop elsewhere.
To other shoppers, I can only say I would be wary of a company that has so little faith in their installers that they require such a damage waiver absolving them of responsibility.

We have used Countertops by Design three times previously with wonderful results so when we were redoing our bathroom we went back to this firm. Leah was a wonderful help and with her guidance made our choice in 10 minutes. The installation team arrived on a Friday night (delayed at another installation) after normal working hours and our new quartz counter was put in place, the holes for plumbing done, all cleaned and and silicon sealed. If we ever do any further renovation that requires a counter Countertops by Design will be our first call! More...

Just had my counter replaced by this company and could not recommend them more. I got quotes from a bunch of places but I went back to them simply because they were the most friendly to talk to and had reasonable prices. I mostly dealt with Leah and she was amazing but everyone else was great too including the plumber the installers and the guy who came to do the measurements. I was so appreciative that they worked around my schedule so I would not need to take a day off work. I am so happy with the end result. Overall I feel I paid a very good price and my kitchen is gorgeous! More...
