Working with Gurmeet has been a good experience. He helped me from the very beginning to process my wife’s PR application to Canada and has been very helpful during the entire process. He is knowledgeable, reasonable and factual about what we as clients are getting ourselves into. In his estimation, my wife’s PR application was going to take a 6 month process and also receive her PR card within 2 months, though our Canadian government notifies others that it will take about 1-1.5 years for processing and about 6 months to receive a PR card. For our experience, his estimation came true — in less than 6 months, she got her PR notification and she got her PR card in less than two months. We did our home closing and refinancing with the team and would've been better off spending a few more dollars for higher quality service. The team was extremely slow in providing documents and made the whole process stressful. We weren't informed until literally a day before closing that we are going to be short of funds, luckily our bank helped us but the KS legal team were absolutely no help. Couldn't even calculate all the funding until the last minute. "Consultation with the lawyer" was like going to your family doctor, rushed and lackluster. Met with her once for 10 mins where she was confusing her own fees and legal terms. After all of that, the final home documents weren't received for another month after. All in all save your money.
