I bought an AC unit and had it installed by the Ottawa branch. They were very nice and helpful until I signed a contract. The initial machine had a defective compressor, which Hank, the sales rep tried to deny . Eventually they did order and install a new unit, which runs well. There weren't enough breakers in the electrical panel, so they took the one my fridge was on for the AC. I had to ask them to put it back, unfortunately they also disconnected the power to my sump pump, which I didn't notice until there was water in the basement. The product is good.
