I am not a reviewer by any means but this company has been there for me multiple times. Sofen and his partner are the absolute best out there. They are professional, knowledgeable and really do care about their clients. I have called comfort doors for my old door more than once for entirely separate issues and also had them install a new door and motor for me that I couldn't be happier with. I can honestly say I've never experienced better customer service than I have with them. They are punctual, quick and do not cut corners. I love that I can call them anytime day or night, They insist it is no trouble at all and are so kind. Anytime that I have called them they have responded tome within minutes if not sooner.
