How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the garage framing and foundation are structurally sound it can be converted into a finished space. An on site meeting is a great way to look at the garage and talk about specifics of the project you’re looking to complete.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
If the garage is currently unfinished we start with adding framing members as needed. Next an electrician will rough in the electrical. Adding outlets, switches and lights as requested. We can then proceeded with insulation, drywall, mud/tape, paint, and finishes. (Flooring, trim, and fixtures)
How long have you been in business?
I started Cisar Construction over a year ago. I have been working in the construction field for over 12 years with a vast experience in new home construction and renovation work. I also have a degree in construction management.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We guarantee customer satisfaction with all our projects. Any concerns will be addressed and resolved to the best of our abilities. We also warranty all workmanship for a year.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I have always loved about construction is seeing homeowners ideas brought to conception throughout a project. Changing a space can change the whole feel of your home and being able to make an impact in my clients lives means a lot to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I seen a need for good contractors in Calgary. I have heard to many stories of homeowners getting ripped off or contractors doing unacceptable work. I pride myself in achieving the highest quality possible and making sure my customers are satisfied with the design choices, the schedule and project time line, and most importantly the final product once the project is finished.
