Cheryl is one of the few people it know that is true to her believes and when she is instructing you in yoga class or you sign up for a one on one session you get to experience the beauty and knowledge that emanates from her. Peace Debbie

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience being in sessions with Cheryl’s experienced, caring, Professional guidance. I can’t imagine anyone not inviting the practices of Yoga into this busy crazy life we Live . Cheryl knows anatomy, physiology, and how to adapt moves for those who need it. Best of all she teaches us to accept our very selves, truly and fully, to reconnect with what is most important. She is highly regarded and recommend. More...
