I have been a licensed psychologist for 23 years and work with teens and adults.
I help people reach their goals for improved health. I work with individuals who are experiencing problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. I am a skilled marriage therapist and work with couples to repair and improve their relationships. I use a variety of treatment approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR, and Gottman Methods for Couple Counselling.
