We had 2 1977 bathrooms upgraded to the 21st century!! extensive plumbing , heating and electrical was required . A shower was added to the 2-piece washroom . The work is fabulous ! manny has an exceptional eye for detail . He was very helpful with choices for tiles, paint etc. we feel we received great value for the cost . We recently hired Manny to renovate our bathroom. From start to finish, the entire process was nothing short of exceptional.
During the initial consultation, Manny listened to our ideas and provided a clear plan for the renovation. We had reached out to a few contractors, but Manny stood out because he asked thoughtful questions and gave honest feedback. It really showed us that he had an eye for detail and was dedicated to doing a good job. (It didn't hurt that he also quoted us an amazing price and timeline for the renovation!)
Manny and Amir (sorry if I spelt your name wrong, Amir!) showed up on time every day and worked continuously from 8 to 5. Communication was great. Manny would update us on what they had done for the day and what they planned to do on the next day. He would also ask for our opinion along the way, so there was never a chance that something was done in a way that we didn't like.
We plan to reach out again for further renovations and would definitely recommend Manny to anyone looking to renovate their home. We Hired Manny to complete a bathroom renovation. To be exact we needed the second floor bathroom made wheelchair accessible, remove the bathtub and install a curb less shower.
We needed this completed project within one week as our mother was coming home a few days later, we could not have any delays or surprises.
Picture this: the project is on the second floor, hardwood floors as you come into the home, then white broadloom through the living room, dining room and on the stairs into the hallway and into the primary bedroom. Manny and his crew covered everything the morning they started, and there was not one spot on anything! It was perfect.
Many are absolutely amazing. He discussed the project with us from start to finish and did exactly what he quoted on time on budget. This project was not huge for Manny and his crew, however it was huge to our family! Anyone dealing with ageing parents knows how difficult things can be, and how emotional things can get. We recently hired Manny and his team to renovate our bathroom, and it was a great experience. The project finished on time and on budget and the crew was excellent. Manny began by outlining in detail the timelines of the work that was to be done, and he kept those commitments while regularly communicating with us during the process. He is incredibly meticulous and detail oriented and he really takes pride in his work - something that not all contractors do. The team took great care while in the home (including putting lots of layers of protection on our floors and hallways) and every night they would tidy the work area . Also impressive was Manny's dependability. He would arrive on time each morning and he and the team would work throughout the day - we really felt that they were dedicated to the project the entire time.
