This company is over charging me, they took 2 payments out, my regular payment on the 30th and another payment on the 31st. I have never had this problem with any other loan company. I missed a loan payment made arrangements, another payment came out they called it a reprocess something with the computer. When I tried to explain the situation I was asked to talk to someone else. Run!!! They called me 3 times back to back at work. Couldn't answer, I operate equipment. Finally answered, he offered to lower my interest if I buy some sort of tire warranty for an additional $40 a month. I asked to send me details cause I couldn't make a decision at work. He just said I'll send you a link you just need to sign on screen. So I did. All of a sudden a separate payment started coming out for $45!!! So $90 a month for that crap! They give false information and don't respond or reply. I paid off my loan on a Friday with an amount given, I was informed about the payment on Monday coming out anyway but I would be refunded, I sure wasn't and haven't been. Every time I call I'm told a different story. When I called for an amount other times or differed payments, false information and false promises were given. High interest, don't go there, save yourself the headache. They'll constantly call you for other loan offers, they'll use cringe conversation tactics acting like your friend, they'll email you, they'll sell your info to other loan companies and again just give false promises, depending on the rep you get, no solid answer or correct info. I was told multiple times that I would be refunded by a certain day or a couple days later but nothing has happened and I get different stories every time I call and different numbers from everyone to the point no one knows. It's not rocket science but their interest rate is sure high up. I was sent to them from National Powersports Finance for a motorcycle, owned by the notorious legal loan sharks, the worst of them all, Easy Financial. This company is an absolute scam that preys on its clients. My friend had a loan with an already outrageous 11.9% interest rate, and after ONE late payment, they increased the entire term’s interest rate by an additional 10%, bringing it to a jaw-dropping 21. 9%. This is absurd and completely unaffordable in today’s economy. What makes it worse is that they didn’t even provide proper notice about this drastic increase—they informed my friend only three days before the next payment was due. This ‘empire’ is built on empty promises and ill-advised, inexperienced representation. If I could give a negative star review, know that I would. Lendcare gets rich off of people who trust their word when they should not. I have paid hundreds of dollars in NSF fees due to the false information and promises communicated by their inexperienced and uneducated representatives. There was a point in time when I stopped payment to Lendcare, due to errors made by their front-line representative. In hindsight, I wish I had never resumed any financial commitment to pay. Most recently, I was assured the FINAL payout balance on my loan was double-checked and accurate, so I ‘trusted’ this to be true. And once again Lendcare, you cost me an NSF fee of $45.00….on my FINAL payment!! When a payment is made on the date that is agreed upon…do your part and post it to the account on that same date…so as not to incur additional interest fees. Your incompetence should not come with a price to your customers. This company is ridiculous. Their representative refused to cover my NSF fee but are more than willing to refund the $0.78 to my account, to refund what caused me, yet another NSF fee. Lendcare’s service and reputation isn’t worth the $0.78 that they so graciously promised to refund to my account…in 5-10 business days of course. I would put a negative star review if I could this company doesn’t care about your time at all you try to work with them to pay off your loan but payments are either tried early or late constantly then they blame you for being past due on the payments and threaten to take back whatever the loan was for and then your only choice is to rewrite the loan for a small “good faith payment” or pay all the past due in one shot. If I could, I'd definitely give these thieves a negative star. They increase interest rates at will (I signed car financing with them at 14. 90%, today they are charging me 24% without my consent). They also charge me $75 to their own account, asides the original NSF fee of $45 charged by the bank. It's a total mess. If I could turn the hands of time back, I'd reject their chameleon offer. Extremely unprofessional staff , very unreliable company. They scammed me of my money although I paid the loan off. I have all letters in writing of what was to be expected. They met none of those expectations. I paid on the date which was promised at their chosen bank , sent in all emails and confirmation. Yet they have cheap tactics to make you wait a month after to release you , and also during that scam tactic they also charge you and not return your money. They also attach in their release letter that if you try to get you money back you will end up owing. They also put me in their own collections department . Extremely unethical and unreliable. 5 years ago my ex husband took out a loan and used my name and information to cosign. I was 4 hours away when he signed the documents. I was not even aware of this loan in my name until recently when I had a collection agency tell me I'm on the hook for 12000 because he stopped making payments. My ex had all my information, we were together for 13 years and he had a photo of my drivers license from when he was dealing with our insurance broker. I don't know how he managed to take out a loan in my name but clearly this company does not care to verify who they are giving loans to. I recently wrote to Lendcare to ask how he was able to do that and provide me original loan documents showing that I was there at the dealership and signed for this loan as i know for a fact i was not. I may change my review if they rectify the situation but as of now I have this negatively affecting my credit and life when I had no idea this loan even existed. I had got loan in July 2022 for a motorcycle this was my only deal only loan with lendcare! went into hospital and requested payments held! No hold was given, April 2024 I paid off a third party collector and recieved paid in full! May/june 2024 I had a rep from lend care come back on email to say we have not sold the loan for the motorcycle and was trying to collect $ and make payment arrangements . I replied with hey that is phishing what you’re doing and I never heard back from that rep. Never mind added on to this nightmare in hospital money was taken and a lot of nsf charges added up! If that’s not bad enough I just got off phone with rep from lend care saying there is no file they have on me and I asked for confirmation letter of that and I have no outstanding loan with them as the loan was sold and I delt with that company! I asked to speak to someone who could tell me and I was told no there is no one and I could not be provided any written anything as there was no file . Derogatory comments on the credit report and tryed to collect after the facts!!
