We worked entirely virtually and never met in person, yet she completely understood my space and my vision - or vibe really, since I didn’t have a clear vision yet! I came in with no renovation experience and no clear design direction — just a lot of scattered ideas — She listened carefully to all of my ideas, questions, and uncertainties, and somehow managed to turn them into a cohesive, thoughtful design.
She created thoughtful mood boards, helped guide every design decision, sourced materials and furniture, and even communicated with contractors along the way when I was too overwhelmed to deal. Her encouragement, organization, and eye for design made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming. She truly helped bring my store to life.

We loved working with Dionne! We did our full loft renovation with her (kitchen, bathroom, custom furniture, lighting, you name it) and she was there every step of the way.
From the start, Dionne really listened to everything we wanted and somehow managed to bring all our (sometimes chaotic) ideas to life. We were almost afraid we’d overwhelm her with all our different preferences, but she just took it all in, made sense of it, and gave us something even better than we imagined.
She never hesitated to give her honest take on what would work and what wouldn’t and we’re so glad she did. Every suggestion she made ended up being the right call. She has that perfect balance between letting your style come through and elevating it with her own touch.
We truly felt supported throughout the whole process. It was our first big renovation, and having her by our side made everything smoother, less stressful, and actually fun.
