We start with a free, no-obligation call to understand your goals, style, timeline and budget. It’s also a chance to see if we’re the right fit for your project.
2. Site Visit and Inspiration
We visit your space to discuss specific needs for your space, take photos and notes. At the same time, we explore your design preferences and start discussing design guidelines.
3. Tailored Cost Estimate
We provide a detailed estimate for the design services based on the size and complexity of your project. You’ll always know what’s included, no surprises, and we can review together.
4. Concept Development
Based on your input, we create a custom design direction so you can see the look and feel we envision for your space. Once you love the direction, we dive into the details: selecting materials, colours, furniture, lighting and layout, all as a need-basic. We’ll present clear visuals for review.
5. Final Design and Support
After your approval, we deliver a full design package ready for implementation. We can also support you through the installation process if you would like ongoing guidance.

1. Virtual Discovery Call
We begin with a video or phone call to understand your goals, style, timeline and budget, just like we would in person.
2. Digital Site Assessment
You send us measurements, photos and/or a floor plan (we’ll guide you through it). For some projects, we can work with drawings or arrange a virtual walkthrough.
3. Online Mood Boards & Concepts
We create a personalized design direction using digital mood boards, layout plans and concept sketches, all as needed, which we share with you online for feedback.
4. Design Package Delivery
You receive a complete, easy-to-follow digital design package that can include as needed:
- Floor plans or layout options
- Colour palettes and finishes
- Furniture, lighting and decor selections
- A clickable shopping list-
- Styling and setup tips
5. Ongoing Support (Optional)
We offer follow-up consultations to help you through purchasing, arranging or coordinating with your contractors.
