A loft conversion is a great way to unlock unused space, but not every loft is ready to go without a few checks. Here’s how to tell if your loft is suitable:
Head Height: The ideal usable height is at least 2.2m (about 7'2") from floor to ridge. Less than that might still work, but could require structural changes like lowering the ceilings below.
