I first reached out to Paul to obtain a quote on a basement bathroom installation. He listened to my needs and desires and we worked out a plan that fit both my budget, and timeframe. He started on time, and despite unforeseen obstacles (presented by the house) he finished on time as well. During construction, any changes that needed to be made were discussed, a price agreed upon, and then put in writing with a contract amendment.
