Abe and Moe and their team did a complete master bathroom gut and remodel as well as our kitchen. They were extremely professional, friendly and always ensured we were happy throughout the entire process. I interviewed 3 companies before choosing Ottawa Stoneworks as it was important that I was confident and comfortable with the team being in our home for 3 weeks. I can’t say enough about their diligence to detail and their commitment to completing our renovations on time, on budget and precisely what I had envisioned. What impressed me the most was how they cleaned the spaces they were working in everyday when they left. No tools, no garbage and no mess! Huge difference for us being in the middle of construction. We highly recommend Ottawa Stoneworks - in fact we were so pleased with their work we have decided to have them complete another large renovation project. More...

We had set up an appointment at noon on Friday and Abe did not show up. He said that he was under the impression that it was between 12 and 2 and there must have been some miscommunication. Then he said that he could be there around 1:45-2. Then he called and said he had another appointment at 2 that he had to go to but could come by on Saturday after his 11am appointment. He was to call after this appointment which was supposed to last about 30-45 minutes. Well there was no phone call and we haven't heard from him since. This does not seem like a reliable company to deal with even though he was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone. More...

Winfield, Thank you for the review and I would like to clear some inconsistencies from your review. On Friday, I said that I would be there between 12-1pm and you thought it was at 12. You called me at 12:20pm and I mentioned to you that I am on my way and should be there by 1pm. You mentioned that you had another contractor at that time, and I said we could meet up at 1:45pm and not between 145-2pm. Upon, reviewing my schedule, there was another appointment at 2pm that I couldn't shift because of my plumber coming in with me and I mentioned that to you. We agreed on Saturday morning, and you said that if the other contractors don't pan out that we can connect on Saturday.   I personally called you on Saturday morning at 1125am to see if I can come by to visit and it went straight to your voicemail. I thought that you had blocked my number. We are a very reliable company and from our reviews we always hold high standards to our customers and always make sure that we try to help our customers.   With Thanksgiving weekend, I wanted to ensure that all our team members had 2 days off to spend with their family.   I was apologetic during our conversation and made it clear that I would love the opportunity to make it up to you.   Again, by no means this review is meant for our work and how we treat our clients. This is a miscommunication Winfield that was blown out of proportion.

Abe and Moe, and the entire crew were punctual, efficient and well organized. The job was expected to last 4 days but only required two with amendments to the original plan. Scheduled well and delivered on time. Already passed on contacts to friends and family. Highly recommended. More...
