I highly recommend Stefanos at M Design. I have done renos before in Vancouver arranging trades myself in my younger years but being new to Victoria, it was great to have Stefanos draw up plans, manage trades, help with design and selecting fixtures etc. He is organized, easy to work with and really took the stress out of our home renos. Over about 6 months we gained a lovely new front door, patio French doors, tiled fireplace, custom kitchen cabinets/floating shelves, 2 new bathrooms and electrical/plumbing upgrades. Stefanos of Mavrikos Design was recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. We had four rooms that were renovated into one big kitchen and living space. Stefanos created the ideal design, hired the trades and worked with them collaboratively to make his design a reality, while expertly tackling any challenges that arose. He was professional, honest, upfront and an absolute delight to work with. He was always a phone call away and was very thorough in his attention to detail. When we bought our condominium, we engaged Stephanos to design and manage a full renovation. Through several iterations, we fine tuned the design with him until we were satisfied. He helped us source cabinets, fixtures, lighting, flooring, etc. and then managed the renovation process, riding herd on the various sub-contractors and installers.
