The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all of my options and helped me choose the perfect garage door for my home.
The installation was flawless, and the attention to detail was evident in every step. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch workmanship with outstanding customer service, but Legacy Garage Doors truly delivers both.

This company is a waste of time and not reliable. They reached out, we rescheduled on the first day because I wasn't available and they couldn't make it. We rescheduled for 2 days later, I called to confirm their time of arrival and even if they could come earlier, till date they stopped picking my calls or respond to my messages. You would expect them to reach out next day apologizing for showing up, they didn't up till this moment. Till date, I'm yet to do my installation believing they would respond. I won't patronize them or recommend them. More...

Garage Door Repairs
PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING:
I hired this company to replace my old garage door opener (still working) with a new Wifi operated unit since the old unit's battery is dead and needs replacement.
He quoted me more than 300$ when he first called and I asked him to match the price 150$ cash with the other techs and he immediately agreed. He came the next day (earlier than planned time) and advised the garage door rollers are faulty and needs replacement and quoted 35$ per roller and advised to replace the bottom rollers and install the rest by myself.
I checked Canadian tire website and found the rollers are selling for 60$ per 10 pack and he argued a lot trying to justify the price. I don't think the rollers are new too as he took them out of his service kit without any packaging.
He swapped only the motor unit and refused to replace the belt drive (forget about the steel frames) and argued that the old one was good. The old unit is too old and I wanted to replace the whole unit along with all the parts that came with it and he refused to do the job.
At the end, he argued that I'm paying him less and this is what I get for that money (other techs are doing the same job for even less price). He left the job half way and let the unit float in air with no support.
After lot of argument with me and my wife, he asked to pay the money upfront and that he don't trust me (but he expected me to trust him and he would give 1 year warranty when I'm paying cash and there is no receipt) and refused to leave my property unless I pay him. So I had to call the cops.
When I called the police, the guy ran off, abusing me in foreign language (Hindi, which I can understand too) and showing middle finger while driving away.
At some point during the argument, I felt he is inviting me for a fight, so I had to keep calm and let words do their job.
All I asked was to replace the old belt with the new one provided in the packaging and leave the old steel frame intact. My request is genuine as I hired a contractor to replace the whole unit along with all the new parts.
Also to mention, this guy didn't even get a ladder to do the job which is the most basic accessory to do this job.

Garage Door Repairs
I am quite happy with the job BUT after completing the job they left a big container with cardboard and metal garbage and REMOVED something my husband hung from the rafters as a reminder for me when I drove in and it was not there I sat crying for over half an hour as he has passed away. This may seem silly to you but it was like part of me was taken away. After contacting them he said he would come but the damage was already done and I really didn't want to see him again. I am 87 and after paying him a lot of money I expected better. I am sorry but I would not recommend him to my friends. The reason I went with Legacy, I had Legacy to clean my windows and he did a wonderful job and I will use him again next year. More...
