A clean contract and no additional costs. We are seniors and had a walk shower installed. He explained the new drain and features. Saftey bars installed to perfection. He also worked with the physio therapist recommendations. Leveling the floors is crucial . He made sure leveling was a priority.


Finding a contractor to work under permit was challenging.


Rennovation without permit can lead to your home insurance voided in British Columbia. Ask your contractor to put in writing if a permit is required or not before proceeding. Call your insurance broker and or city.

I learned that meeting with the contractor is very important. Understand if the contractor you choose is the right fit for your job.
