Contacted Tim and made an appointment for him to locate a water valve and create access to it. Didn't show up and said he lost his phone.
I took a chance and rescheduled him again.
No phone call no response to texts.
Don't waste your time with them..

I attempted to call but isn't get a opportunity to leave a vm. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with my service. We hired Tim from Honey It's Done to remodel our shower after someone else left us in the lurch and took out our shower. I got a few quotes and decided to hire Honey It's done. I paid Tim 50 % deposit up front but then my father in law decided he would do the job for me instead. My father in law contacted Tim to let him know the situation and to please give me back my deposit. Tim said it wasn't a problem but that his bank was comprimised and couldn't send it til that was straightened out. Now he tells me that after I sent him the deposit to HIS bank that he sent it to corporate and that he is now fighting corporate to get my deposit back because he had lined up someone to do the job and that he spent a day looking for shower doors for me. All I got from him was excuse after excuse after excuse. Nowhere in the contract which was done on word does it say that my deposit was "Not Refundable". Now my shower is not completed as I'm waiting for my deposit back from him to finish the job and still gives me is excuses. DO NOT trust this company! Hi Haroon it's nice to finally get a little bit of downtime with the holidays coming up and just to review some of our company reviews for the most part I'm very proud of of course we do get the odd person that maybe feels that they have a vendetta against the world and to tell one side of a story to make us look bad really doesn't scare me at all you know the charity that work that we do for the seniors with the free visits to help them when they're on a fixed pension and there are several visits to the food bank last year our emergency visits to the retirement homes that we serve demonstrates really our commitment to the community at the end of the day my upcoming Interview With The Windsor Star promoting our free for seniors care when it comes to obvious dangers in the home that do require a little attention might exemplify our position in the community and our commitment to keep our customers and their parents safe thanks again for the kind words and have a great holiday to share you guys really really love being around you and making your home a more comfortable environment

Thanks a lot for your review Shanice, your grandmother was very kind to recommend us to all of her grandchildren, so far we've seen about six of them to do little jobs to that man cave for your cousin Ray. I can't believe there are 22 of you guys! I hope that dishwasher that you won at that golf tournament is hosting up. It should be it was a really good brand and it was a really easy job to put in and those kitchen countertops were prefect deep to set it all the way to the rear wheels without it posing it back. Lots of room in there. You must have probably noticed we moved your dog house over a little bit away from the driveway. Because we noticed that the chain would get a little bit close to the corner of the garage and it could get BJ stuck and down in the throat of the entrance to the wood pile structure. We actually saw him go in and out many times but realized that once the wood was in that channel or throat it might get stuck but while we were there he liked to go in there a lot maybe for the shade so we put up that umbrella to keep the shade there. Please make sure that that your other dog doesn't try to act so tough, we were surprised of what a bully he could be making her stay in the throat of that wood shed all day opposed to just let them lay on the grass and then of course taking his food after he did all that in and out of that throat entrance. We wonder why they call it that anyway, oh and be sure to think your husband for being a really solid guy and I'm asking you politely to move those two bush cords of wood before we got there. To be honest We would have rather done it for you but I guess he felt your were fit for that job he really is a funny character. Hope he is proud to have a wife like you. Taking it like a champ Shanice thanks again. Guys all had fun with your hospitality we definitely had your hands full. Lol. Hey happy holidays to both of you.

The boys came out and were booties when they came in they were there to fix my garage door after they did that so quickly I had them install the wall and put insulation one of them even had a great idea of installing a projector I can't believe how much the guys can do highly recommend
