My retaining wall fell and needed repair or replaced. Franco gave me a call and explained what happened and said he needed some pictures to give me a quote. The quote to replace the wall with a base and draining because the old one didn't have it. The quote was too much for me so Franco gave me a call and we came to an agreement that instead of stones he would use wood and I would get the materials. Forever Kitchens remodeled our kitchen last summer, and they did a fantastic job. Almost a year later, we still appreciate it every day, and everything is holding up well. The overall process took about 10 weeks from start to finish, and they were friendly and communicative throughout. In the beginning, we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, but Franco quickly had a better vision for our space than we did. The work was extensive—taking out a load-bearing wall, moving the sink to a different wall, adding two new windows, removing a third window, installing a new gas line, and putting in new flooring. In short, it was a complete tear-down and rebuild. One more story—Franco brought in extra hands to finish up in the last few days just to make sure everything was done before family was scheduled to visit.
