Masoud of Canzeno not just delivered the WR that I had in mind, he was also able to meet my specific budget and even accommodated my last minute request to move start date which I felt bad asking as for sure they are busy but he was able to accommodate it anyways. I gave a budget for a partial washroom reno and he told me details of what he can do for that specific amount, which is fair. I didnt expect much. I just told him what I want, a clean, bright WR etc. He asked me a pic of my current flooring, he sent me pics to choose ex. vanity... everything done thru texts which worked for me as I was at Nova Scotia at the time. Second time dealing with CANZENO within last three years. First time was a smaller job (two bathrooms and some miscellaneous items). This time was a full house reno. Will has been phenomenal both times; transparent pricing and detailed work orders. His team delivers precise and quality workmanship. It's also a convenient one-stop-shop if you don't have the experience or time to shop around for contractors of different trades. Pricing won't be the cheapest, but it's very reasonable for the quality they deliver. If you want good results like myself then you probably wouldn't go with the cheapest guys anyways. You may save a bit of money by searching for your own individual contractors for each phase of the reno, but this can be time consuming and extremely tiresome with high potential for conflicts in transition and timing. With CANZENO, they will coordinate everything for you for a smooth transition between different phases. Most important aspect of any reno is, in my opinion, is after sales service. Any reno project of any scale will come into problems, but how a company solves these problem for their clients is what makes the difference.
