I was dealing with Home Depot for my flooring and they quoted me 3200.00. Had my flooring delivered 4 weeks prior and scheduled installation on dec 28 and 39. They came and told me it was going to cost me another 1800. So I cancelled my order on dec 28 and still waiting for them to call me back for my refund. I called Bert vis flooring on the same day at 10:00 in the morning I believe and Ralph came to my house same day at 3:30 pm and got a quote that same day!! I’m just waiting now for an installation date. I am so happy so far with the efficiency Ralph has been returning my emails and understanding how upset I am with Home Depot.
