We specialize in designing bespoke spaces for our clients. We believe in client-centric design, where our clients' living patterns, aesthetics, dreams, values and quirks become the basis for our designs. We strive to enrich the lives of our clients, creating moments, spaces for memories and places they can connect with. We also do some commercial work on a case by case basis where clients are looking for more thought and care in the design and drawing process.
Being able to get to know people and then create spaces that make them happy; whether it is to have that cup of coffee and stare out the water, to feel calm and organized because everything has its place, or just to smile at the quirky things that make your home feel like a home. I love that each house is unique to each individual client. And I love the process in figuring out what a dream home means for each client.
I had been working on a variety of mostly high rise apartments, social housing and commercial projects at my last architectural firm. We had a client come in for renovation and addition of a heritage home. And working with them in creating their dream home (they had been dreaming of buying and renovating this house for 30 plus years), it reminded me how much more fulfilling it is to work with homeowners. So I started Fabricae to be able to focus on renovations, additions and new build homes.

Our process is very client-centric in both how our designs evolve out of our clients wants and aesthetic but also in providing support system to help them through the overwhelming process of building/renovating.
Yes. We provided most of our services remotely during covid and still do for some of our more vulnerable clients on request.
