Discovery - Learn about the business, the brand and then define the goals, problems to solve and target customers.
Planning (UX) - Map out the content of the project and the customer's journey. Then create Wireframes (blueprint).
Design (UI) - Create the designs to bring the project to life and then create a live mockup prototype so the customer can see it in action. Client to sign off.
Build - Development to give the project structure and functionality, then apply the design.
Deliver - Show the client the finished product so they can sign off, then deploy the website or app so it's live to the world!

After working for a Graphic Design studio for 3 years and then a SaaS Website company for 3 years, I decided it was time to go out my own work for myself. This would mean I could choose only the projects that I really enjoy working on.
