I’ve been training with Tina for 3 months and am so glad I found her. I met various trainers however I was looking for someone who could accomodate my bad back and help me not just lose weight but get stronger. 3 months in and I’ve gone from 65kg to 61.4kg and can lift weights I never thought I’d be able to. I do 2 sessions a week and while I’ve had several trainers in the past, Tina is probably the toughest. If you’re not serious about getting fit then you’ll give up because her sessions are not easy, rightly so. If you’re serious then she is the perfect personal trainer to get you into shape and build your strength. I was hesitant to try a female trainer for the first time but she is so much tougher on me then my male trainers ever were. Expect to be challenged and expect to be sore for the first few weeks but stick with it and you’ll see the results. I highly recommend Tina as a personal trainer for those who like to be challenged and have what it takes to stick with it 💪🏽

We've been training with YvY Project over 6 months. Tina takes the time to elaborately program for us and the trainers really execute to perfection. I’ve been training with Tina for over 8 months now and have noticed my physical and mental health improving significantly. Tina is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and takes the time to understand my evolving goals.
