Not impressed. It's my first time employing a cleaning service, so can't compare to others, but I've had 3 different cleaners in 5 cleans and they were going to send a 4th different one for the 6th clean. 1st cleaner didn't clean well and called me privately the day after I met her for medical advice, the 1st and second cleaners turned up 45 mins late. 2nd and 3rd one did good cleans I think, but 2nd one was awkward to have in my house as she wouldn't talk to me or make eye contact when walking right by me. I wasn't told about the change in cleaners for the first switch either. Yes I was given a free clean for all my troubles, but when I expressed my displeasure at the high staff turnover and wanted to end the service I was called and made to feel like the bad guy too. Rachel & team are reliable and flexible with cleans! The cleaners have always happy to work around the kids and "life". Whenever an issue has arised Rachel has resolved it quickly!

5 stars I would give 10 stars if I could From my first call to Rachel to our cleaning Angel Anna, nothing was too much trouble, they were amazing. Anna left no stone unturned, including a large basket of ironing which is not normally a part of her job. It was wonderful walking back into our clean home, I can’t praise Anna enough.
