What do you love most about your job?
We love improving people's experience of separation and divorce. The best outcome is if we can make people feel more confident and secure about their pathway through the system, and help people focus on improving their future financial security, relationships and health through a better separation process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in private family law practice for 7 years and then was Principal Solicitor of the Women's Legal Centre ACT for 7 years. From these experiences, I could see a better way of delivering family law services which merged the best parts of both sectors - more transparency, trusted direct advice and support, creative and practical solutions which work for that individual and a focus on collaboration to get better long-term outcomes for clients. That's why Yellow Legal provides fixed fee services, collaborates with other professionals, has social impact programs and uses technology to provide more modern and accessible family law services.

Making things easier. We use language (and graphics) you understand. We don’t write lengthy letters to you or your ex unless we have to. We work with you to solve problems with practical solutions that work for you and your family.

We work with you to map out the next steps which reduce conflict for better outcomes after separation and divorce. We don’t risk people’s time, money, energy and parenting relationships taking matters to court if there is a better way forward.
