What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help businesses grow.
I love helping business owners 'see the potential' and 'realise the possibilities' in the market place.
I also love simplifying 'complex management/ business theory' into understandable and workable practices for the business owner.
I strongly believe that great Word of Mouth and relational marketing is the best way to grow a business. This involves focusing on providing a solution that the customer values and in-turn promotes. This leads to increased sales, strong internal and external customer relationships and builds a solid foundation for a business to move forwards.
