Personal Trainers

My wife and I are entering into retirement and needed lose weight. We were very happy to find wolf fitness and that they specialise in mature clients. It's a good fit.

Highly recommend Mark! I've only been training with him for 3 months and have already seen and felt drastic changes in my strength and my body. I have been having weekly PT sessions with Mark for over a year. Mark ensures all my PT sessions are suited to my own fitness level & goals. As a busy mum I love having some “me time”. Mark has been looking after myself and my wife for about 6 mths now, we train together. He has done an excellent job of looking after our bodies with all our troubles, being careful not to irritate anything. I would recommend him to anybody at any age, with his enthusiasm and expertise he can set up your sessions to suit anyone. Give him a try, you won’t regret it More...

Mark has been a very important addition to my training, I'd already been training for a couple of years before my first session with mark but needed help with some weak areas I wasn't happy with. Mark has implemented and tailored our sessions to build up my strength in the upper body, most recently this has resulted in an 8kg pb to my 1rm on the bench press (a lift I've always struggled on due to a partial labrum tear) I would recommend mark as a PT to anybody looking to take their fitness journey to the next level as he is thorough, accommodating and has a wealth of knowledge, he enjoys seeing results in the gym more than his clients, I'm sure of it 😂 More...

Knowing exactly what you want….being willing to work hard at it and being prepared to make lifestyle changes (eg…quit smoking, reduce alcohol), along with (and the most important thing) being kind to yourself.

Personally, I love fitness myself. I love to inspire others.
I was intimidated by gyms and fitness for a large portion of my life until I stepped into a gym at the age of 39. I wish I started earlier…
To witness a client’s expression when they achieve something that doesn’t appear possible to them gives me a real sense of harmony and satisfaction.

After making fitness a part of my daily lifestyle, I found myself believing that I could inspire others similar to me (over 40's) to try new things and to set new challenges, whether it's fitness, career or social life. Personally, I found that there was a lack of understanding of trainers that understood what training a "middle-aged man" was about. I felt that I could help others who wanted to become fitter, healthier and more active later in life but didn't know how.

I became a personal trainer over 3 years and haven't looked back since...

Services

Personal training sessions are held at our studio of Wolf Fitness SA in Reynella East, South Australia.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or a seasoned veteran, we customise our training sessions based on your fitness goals, abilities, medical history and interests.

We believe “enjoying yourself and having fun” is the best way to stay motivated. We can also offer exercise training programs (for a small fee) for you to enjoy at home.

Wolf Fitness SA is fully certified in Prenatal and Postnatal fitness training.

Whether you are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant or are in postnatal, Wolf Fitness SA can offer you a safe and rewarding experience that will prioritise the safety of yourself and your baby.

We can work alongside your current health team and/or offer referrals to our trusted Allied Health Professionals network.

We can tailor a pregnancy fitness training program to be held safely in your own home in conjunction with personal training at our Wolf Fitness SA’s studio.

We will work with you to provide flexible training sessions to meet your needs.

“Too afraid or too busy to head to the gym?”

That’s ok… we can come to you. As long as you have some space to exercise, we will bring the equipment needed to provide you with a great work out session. With a quick chat and questionnaire filled out prior to the appointment, we can design a training session that will not only make you feel great but also save you time.

Wolf Fitness SA covers the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

We currently run weekly boot camps at Thalassa Park, Aberfoyle Park on Saturday mornings at 9:30am (booking essential) that are fun and engaging with a variety of ages and fitness levels.

Personal injuries and illnesses can be frustrating, costly and upsetting when they impact on your daily activities and tasks. I have personally been placed in this situation and understand the frustrations that these problems incur.

With the guidance of your Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), we can design a training program and personal training sessions to help get you back on track.

"One-on-one" personal training can be quite expensive. We offer small group training sessions where the price is very affordable and you get the unique experience of working out in a smaller team environment. You can bring a couple of friends or we can let you know what sessions we have available....

Does this sound familiar? It’s never too late to start exercising. More energy, improved mental health, stronger bones, reducing the risks of falls and greater independence are just some of the many benefits that senior/elderly people gain from exercise.
