Somatic Experiencing is a body oriented modality that helps you to heal and resolve old or unprocessed traumas from within the body and brain,
We work with your fight/flight/freeze and fawn behaviours rather than talking through the events or stressors (again and again). We allow the body to "complete" the natural response (by fighting/fleeing or freezing) and resolve the trauma so you don't need to repeat it and so the "charge" of the event is spent.

SAFE-T helps you to heal difficult and recurring relationship dynamics using a body-based and expressive arts. In this modality we use art mediums (texts, crayons, pastels etc), expressive movement, imagination, symbolism and play to access unconscious patterns around relationship and develop more of a secure base for your relationships.
Secure relating = feeling safe with coming and going, trusting other people basically have your back and support you, and trusting yourself to have healthy boundaries and self care in relationship.

Voice Dialogue is a method where we "meet" the different parts of you that play out in your life (eg. the inner child, the protector, the strategiser, the judge).
It's used to untangle parts that are in polarity or conflict; for example you may have an ambitious part that wants to go out and create a big project and make lots of money and a vulnerable part that is terrified of rejection and sabotaging all your movements to succeed. Meeting and hearing from each part makes the polarities and behaviours more conscious and relaxes conflict between the parts (just like a good relationships counselling session would do) so the parts of you can work together rather than against each other.

Voice Dialogue is not oriented towards pathology or on discovering what is wrong. It is an exploration of what is, without assumptions as to how things should be. We assume that all selves/parts are to be honoured; that each one has both positive and negative aspects.

The effects of Voice Dialogue are:
Greater harmony within yourself, less conflict and confusion about choices, less internal attack or collapse in vulnerability, more inner safety and love and more insight into why you do what you do. It also tends to develop a deeper acceptance of all parts of you, and greater capacity to accept difference in others.
