How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet plays a crucial role in health and wellbeing, and is one of the foundations to maintaining health and general wellbeing.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We will used tailored fitness training sessions that help you achieve your goals. Sessions will be designed around you, you goals and current fintess level, so we can design fitness sessiosnt to push you to make improvements, and reach your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistancy and attention to detail. It can be difficult to make the changes to your diet, and hard when you don't see the immediate results. But working away at it consistantly is the key to reaching your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
The abillity to help people reach thier goals and improve themselves. The best part of my job is seeing people make the improvements and changes to themselves that they have always wanted, and then seeing them grow in confidence and happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creating a place where I can bring together fitness and nutrition in the same place to give people a space where they know they will get great advice and can confidently work towards thier goals.

I am customer focused - I want to help my clients reach thir goals, if that's through food, nutrition, fitness or just having someone to talk to. I want you to know we are working towards your goals.

We provide Telehealth dietetic and nutrition consultations via phone or video call, to work around you and your lifestyle, and provide safe and effective care for all clients.
Further, if you have a care plan from your doctor, we may be able to bulk bill your session.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safe COVID practices are extremly important to me, and that is why we have TeleHealth sessions available for dietetic and nutrition consultations, so you can get keep on track no matter the circumstances.
To help people stay safe, but also stay healthy during the pandemic, TeleHealth sessions are bulk billed if you have a care plan from your GP.
Nutrition and Dietetics Consultation
Consultations are designed to give us time to get you know you, your goals, your diet, lifestyle and medical conditions. We will then develop goals and strategies based on your circumstances and preferences that will help you reach you goals.
Personal Training
Fitness sessions tailored specifically to you. We want to help you get to where you want to be, whatever your goals. The focus will be on you and our sessions are designed around your fitness level, your goals and your lifestyle.
