Personalised, progressive approach. I like to teach my clients about why we do certain things to better equip them to take their health and fitness into their own hands outside of our sessions as well.

To make it your body and no one elses. To appreciate all the things your body can do when you fuel it right and move it often. To realise its just a body and as long as it is fit and healthy you will have the most radiant "body of your dreams' regardless of anything else.

I love talking to people, hearing their stories and their struggles and triumphs. I love relating to people about why they struggle with 'health and fitness' in the realms we have created for it today. I love teaching people about a whole array of things that make up a healthy mind a body, that there is no one pill or quick fix- it is holistic and needs to be all encompassing for you to perform optimally and achieve longevity.

I have worked for many gyms and fitness studios around the area, and a few in Sydney. I loved the connection with others right from the start but always craved the creativity and freedom to write my own programs and sessions to best approach training as a fun, wholesome and inspiring experience for clients. There were things I found I loved about styles of training in franchises I have worked at...but also some I believed weren't sustainable or (long term) beneficial for everyday activity.

Services

Individual training plan based on how many sessions/ week you would like to do, goals for strength/cardio/health, and of course to make sure you enjoy yourself!

If you want the individual attention, coaching and time but love training with someone else! For some people it can be motivating to have a friend, partner or family member commit to training with you.
