Avoid this company like the plague, completely incompetent.
Booked a clean 5 weeks ago, which i paid for in advance for 8am tomorrow and now 24 hours before the clean, they advise they cant do it.
Charge premium prices but have been a nightmare to deal with! Totally unreliable !

whizz provide quality cleaning at an affordable price, catering my quote of bond clean at the last minute.
the house was quite clean in my standard.
even thou the bond clean failed to get a full bond refund, the whizz team does offer a full fee return to me. i choose only to have half the money returned to me as it i believe it is due to the real estate agency being greedy for my bond, not because of the staff at whizz did not do a good job.
i would happily use whizz again for cleaning services of the quality of service alone!

Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars is able. Bond clean of almost $500. Basically cleaned nothing, place was filthy.
Building manager said was worst she'd seen. 1 guy to do 3 brm unit. Therr less.than 3 hours. Left in
terrible state. Was utterly jobsmacked. Spent considerable time and effort to attempt to get rectified. Had to send cleaners back 4 times still not done properly. I spent 6 hrs myself cleaning the unit so majority of job done by myself. Paid for garage to be cleaned wasn't done at all. Such a stressful time and big pain. Sent letter of complaint with photographic evidence still no response. Total lack of regard for customer concerns and non response to escalation of complaint demonstrates their very poor customer service. Will be taking the matter further to QLD fair trade for resolution.
