WA Spit Roast are a very professional catering company. Excellent communication. Very helpful and friendly. From the very first phone call, we felt confident to engage them to cater for our Mums 80th Birthday. They helped us decide on what to order and we were all absolutely delighted with the quality and quantity of the food. We had 2 wonderful members of their staff look after us on the day.. They were absolutely amazing. Very professional and made sure everything went well. The feed back from our guests was all positive, with many of them asking for a business card. Thank you to WA Spit Roast for catering our Cricket Club awards night on Saturday. You have been fabulous to deal with right the way through. Your office staff have gone above and beyond from day one, especially Yvette who looked after us with the finalisation of our menu, ensuring all allergies were catered for. We would highly recommend WA Spit Roast for any occasion. They are very helpful in choosing your food and nothing was too much trouble. I had to postpone due to the lock down, which was no trouble and were happy to change the date. We finally was able to celebrate our joint 60th birthday as well as our wedding on the 6th March 2021. The food was so good and could not fault anything. The staff organised every thing from cooking, serving and cleaning up afterwards. We have just used WA Spit Roast for an 18th birthday party and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were so helpful while I was organising - and even the COVID lockdown and last minute change of date did not worry them. Very professional staff turned up on the night leaving us with no stress and able to enjoy the party. The food was delicious - and just what we ordered. We used WASR for my partners surprise 50th birthday and the food was amazing. Every single guest commented on the delicious food and asked where did I get it from. Apart from the food, the service was exceptional!!!! Debra impressed me so much with her willingness to help make this such a special event that when my partner proposed to me in November and we decided on a home wedding there was not another company we were going to entrust with the catering. I called, and to my surprise Deb answered the phone. Once again she has exceeded my expectations with suggestions and the friendly mannerism she portrays over the phone makes a customer feel like a friend. A company is only as good as the people they have representing them and with staff like Debra on the other end of the phone I don’t know how other businesses get a look in.
