Great experience so far. All trainers very encouraging friendly motivated, and knowledgeable. I’m enjoying both personal training with Grace my trainer and the group sessions, boxing Monday morning and cardio Wednesday mornings with Warren. The groups are fun and very challenging. I’m feeling so much better in myself, my arthritic knees and feet are feeling less pain and I’ve managed to lose 6kg in the seven months I’ve been coming to vision which is an extra bonus.Thank you so much to Chris and the whole team. Vision PT Penrith will get you to sign a contract taking money out every week, I have found out personal trainers do not get you to sign contracts! Every PT I told this too was horrified. They made it very difficult for me to try and get out of my contract even within the cooling off period, I was even threatened with debt collection. I have also heard a lot of bad feedback stories from other trainers about Vision Penrith since my experience. As nice as the owner is this place is a part of a big franchise company who is just sales focused and more of an expensive gym. I highly recommend going to a small business personal trainer instead.
