Wanted to shout out for/to my Vision FAMILY (I do not say that lightly) of 4.5 years. We are in a pandemic and yet I am at my fittest and lightest ever. It's been a roller coaster and I have had times where I thought enough BUT never acted on that because there is something about the team and their approach that is so supportive and active in wanting to get the best lifestyle for clients. Wow, these guys are insane. Insanely AWESOME! From the second I walked in for my consult every single PT acknowledged me even from afar. Not just the PT’s but also the clients there that day. I didn’t know how customised and personalised my plan and service would be. I am still in total shock. Lacking discipline and accountability is my flaw and I made mention of it. I stressed my flaw to my PT. My PT for sure is an undercover psychologist because he is on my back (which is what I need) in a good way and In a very motivational way, most of all-not overwhelming for someone that is anti exercise and unhealthy. He also discovered an underlying health issue That i had no idea I had after my bodyscan. My GP said that my PT possibly saved a near future heart attack. He also reviewed my plan and said “he did my job for me and to stick with the plan” (along with a few medical tests). My PT for sure is an undercover Angel too. I also believe I am getting extra service I don’t pay for. Such as post session follow up by text or call and reminders. He also checks up on my food intake lol. I’m sure my PT is an undercover BOSS, but that’s what I need. Totally recommend Vision PT Five Dock. Such lovely passionate professionals that go the extra mile. Big big thank you! More...

11 years ago I walked through the doors at Vision Five Dock and I have not looked back. Vision is more than a fitness studio it is a life style. Simon McDonald is the reason I joined and the major reason I still train and enjoy being a valued client of the vision family.
