What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
An initial 50% non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking and special date. Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to event. Client to confirm time of set up (if required). COVID-19 Information: If cancellation occurs due to COVID-19 or government restrictions, you will not be entitled to a refund under the Consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. However, we will be able to provide our services if your event is postponed at a later date. Money will not be returned due to change of mind or cancellation. When you pay your initial payment, you also agree to and accept Vintage Bella & Co Terms & Conditions. Thank you.
