What’s your interior design process?
The first step is an initial phone conversation to determine project requirements. If we feel we are a good fit then there would be a 90 minute in-home (or commercial space) consultation. This would encompass development of the brief (project objectives), determining the aesthetic preferences of the client, understanding how the space is to function; as well as an alignment of the brief with the budget.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Modern, formal, and eclectic. The style will be a reflection of the client's preferences, with my professional guidance.
What do you love most about your job?
Interior design and architecture is my dream vocation as it combines my love of spatial planning, colour and finishes, problem solving and working with the client and the builder (or fabricator/suppliers) to create a beautiful and functional space.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own business enables me to provide a personal service that results in excellent design outcomes. It also provides me with flexibility to achieve work life balance.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think the most important quality to have as a designer is to be an excellent listener, which I feel I am. I am person who is open to new ideas and criticism. I have over a decade of experience in residential and commercial design.
