Nutrition is super important as food provides the body with energy and in order to achieve your dream body we need to understand how the body responds to consuming too much energy (weight gain), too little energy (weight loss) and just right (weight maintenance).

Training frequency is key as well as we want to be targeting our all our muscle groups every week for optimal results

Training intensity as you progress, intensity needs to slowly get higher for improvement

Most importantly consistency, this is the most important as the longer the period of time we are training the more results we can obtain

I love being able to make a positive impact on each individuals life whether it is small or big. Being able to socialise and form a relationship with each individual that i train.

I want to motivate and inspire you to take control of your health, build strength and confidence within your life. So you can live it freely with the absence of self-projected doubts, perform at the highest level possible and enjoy the process!

What separates a good coach, and a great coach is the values and expectations that are set, but also the relationship that is built between coach and client.

I can be your best mate and have a laugh but I will also be the one to push you past your limits when you think you’ve reached them.

Accountability, sustainability and adaptability are some of the main things I focus on to ensure you are achieving your goals.

It doesn’t matter what your goals are, we will work hard together to get there!

Services

This is for those who don’t want any face to face training or live too far away to come to the gym. You will receive a program and have the ability to send me messages and videos of you completing the exercises, so I can provide cues and tips over messages and videos.

Session length ranges from 30 - 45 minutes, during the session we will be working on technique together, building your understanding of many movements and completing your individualised program.

During this type of training, it is recommended that you come within the times I am at the gym for in-direct coaching, this means coming in and completing your program by yourself and if you need some help, come over and ask.
