I’m Tim Clark, the counsellor and psychotherapist at Time & Space Therapies.

I work online or in-person with adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, trauma, social isolation, sexuality, shame and guilt, unhealthy anger, insomnia, and relationship difficulties.

I also work with couples of all orientations on issues like: managing conflict; dealing with regrettable incidents; managing external stresses like work and family; improving communication; and building respect and admiration.

My approach is not 'one-size-fits-all'. Instead, I take the time to get to know you and what your experience has been, and go from there.
