How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet is just one piece of the puzzle, but it is an important factor. It's time to debunk beliefs around foods being 'good' or 'bad', and instead approach food as a way to nourish and fuel our bodies so that we can do all the things we love.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with women, and helping them to take control over their own wellbeing. We're often pushed and pulled in many different directions, and carry the lion's share of responsibilities. Helping women to realise that their health is as important that of others, and that self care actually allows them to be more active, and more present in their lives is a true privilege.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am so passionate about helping women become the captains of their own ship, so to speak. Everyone should have a coach of some kind in their life - whether its a health coach, a business coach or a life coach. We are whole beings, and my mission is to help women become the best version of themselves in all domains of their life.
