What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly it was something I fell into out of necessity. My wife and I moved to Adelaide in 2016 from out of country and it was a big reset for my work life. In 2018 I began washing windows thinking it would be a simple and easy thing to get work because no one likes cleaning windows. Turned out, there's a lot of competition who thought that same thing but they thought it years or decades before I did.
What "inspired" me to keep on this road was seeing how I solved customers problems; not just by cleaning but with a field of experience I had from prior work or fellow tradies. I became a prime contact to help customers find a solution to what they had going on at home or work, no matter what it was I wanted to provide the solution. This still holds true today.
The other thing was being able to see the journey I had in front of us. Seeing a path to build something that I am proud of and allows me to able to take a morning off when my children have assembly or something similiar. As we grew, my wife and I saw we were helping ourselves and we wanted to create jobs where could help others to help others in the established way we knew. From here, as we continue to grow, we can afford the ability to help others without it only being a direct result of a scheduled job. We are inspired in our want to inspire others.
Window Cleaning
For Window Cleaning, we utilize traditional methods using professional scrubbers, squeegees and where necessary, we can also implement our Water Fed Pole system for tricky, high, French pane or extremely dirty windows. The Water Fed System converts normal tap water into pure water via reverse osmosis and de-ionization to remove all minerals and leave a spotless finish.
We can clean up to 3 stories high.
Pressure Cleaning
Pressure and Soft washing are used to remove debris from footpaths, driveways, the external of buildings, cement, pavers, etc. For rendered buildings, rooftops, verandas and fragile locations where high pressure can cause damage, the soft wash method is the best alternative which clings to dusts, webs, organic materials and loosens them for removal.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter debris removal is performed via our GutterVac operations to suck everything out neat and tidy to leave behind virtually no mess or blown debris on the ground. What this means is less ladder scraping damage to your gutter line, an incredibly faster completion time and the safety of not always needing someone in the air or on a roof. This is especially great for terracotta roofs where walking on the tiles usually leaves at least one cracked. We also implement drone technology for surveying and recording before and after photos.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panel cleaning is a must according to all solar panel installers I’ve ever spoken with. Photons from the sun’s light actually need to enter through the glass panels so they can become trapped in the solar cells. When dust, bird poo and debris are covering too much of the panel, the photons bounce back away from the panel instead of entering it. This is the importance why keeping your solar panels clean help them to produce more electricity.
