What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When we start a website creative we send a questionnaire to our new client. It has on there a series of questions that really help us to nail down their value proposition. This forms the basis of the content of their new website.
Describe your creative process.
The design of each website comes from conversations our designer has with the client regarding their likes and their dislikes. COlours, style, layout are all important to get right. If you don't love your website, you won't own it!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Details about their objectives, current site details and how we are going to achieve that - we make it as easy as we can... it doesn't have to be complicated.
What do you love most about your job?
We all love being given the opportunity to bring to life the idea that a client has. We help business owners achieve their goals and that gives us a real thrill!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I could do better if I was in the driving seat. As an employee, there were restrictions on what we could do for our clients. As a business owner, there are none!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our work is carried out online so we have not needed to do so. The only area that has undergone adaptation is meeting clients online rather than Face to Face.

Outright purchase where you take your completed site and get it hosted elsewhere or
