The Studio Patterson Lakes

As a current client of Cara’s, I cannot recommend her enough! Over the past year I have been lucky enough to train at The Studio Patterson Lakes and have successfully reached my overall goal (to feel fit and healthy in my wedding dress). I could have never anticipated how challenging it would be to regain my fitness (and desired weight) post the birth of my son. Cara made the journey not only achievable but enjoyable. No matter what challenges resurfaced (lower back/foot pain from existing injuries) Cara was able to adjust each workout on the spot to guarantee my safety.
