My wife and I came for lunch in 2015, had the soft shell crab and it was nothing less than amazing. We have been telling our friends ever since how good the food was. Tonight I took my family there for a special dinner..... My wifes paster dish was pretty much inedible, all she could eat out of it was the broccoli, not even the broccolini that was advertised to be in there, not to mention the paster was completly different to that of the photo and soggy. Now next Steak - medium given to me who wanted rare, and rare given to my daughter who wanted medium. Lighting was so poor that niether of us realiesed untill we both mentioned to each other that they weren't what we asked for (my daughter coudn't even eat hers!) And not to mention the kids fish and chips!! WA SHOULD KNOW SEAFOOD. I'll just leave it there! And never to return! as with all of our friends we speak to and enlighten them how south the restraunt has gone! SHAME, because the location is amazing More...

Emailed 3 times over last month to book a 40th function no reply. So Rang 2 in last 2 weeks times spoke to staff who said they would get a ‘Bo’ to call me back and no call back. Never offered tap water...so had to pay for water. Ordered meals....came out staggered and luke warm. One of our party her meal forgotten and came after most of us had finished. Waited waited. No staff checked we were ok after 90% of meals were served. If they had then would have realised that one meal was missing. Had to go up to counter and find out where missing meal was. Staff admitted they had missed order!!!! Finally fed. Might also help if waitstaff explain that meal is really only the meat. chicken with sauce isn't overly filling!! salad with the chicken which consisted of 3 shaved radish pieces and 4 ltiny eaves o! something and a mouthful of leek is not a salad. wont be dining again.
