I requested a $700 withdrawal from thepokies.net at 1:01am 16/1/2024 and still haven't received it in my bank account. What's worse is that my withdrawal request is no longer ger showing up in the withdrawal section of my casino account as if it has been processed but it hasn't been there for over 48 hours now.
Another thing that's not cool is that they have removed the customer chat support tab 4 or 5 days ago which means there's no way of getting in touch with the casino at all to find out what's the issue. It doesn't look very positive as it's clear that this is a widespread issue with many players experiencing the same issue.
I've attempted to contact the Curacao egaming licencing commission via email and message but I'm yet to receive any response other than the automated enquiry reply.
