Went for a couple of drinks on this afternoon. It’s Sunday. Thought it would be nice to have a chillaxing couple of drinks at the quarterdeck and watch the sun go down. It’s a really nice bar, the staff are friendly, the service is decent. But, f**k me, the music is dreadful. It’s 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and you’re blasting out abysmal, almost amazingly s**t dance music. It’s like I’ve wandered into that tiny dance tent with three people watching their mate play a 2pm set on a Sunday. It’s completely inappropriate, unless you’re expecting a shirts off rave or about to life cast a YouTube sports greatest moments compilation. Quarterdeck last night .. ordered 18 oysters, 2 steaks, gnocchi. Waited an hour ... went to counter, chef said they'd missed our docket, I asked if I could at least have entrees, got oysters and gnocchi, steaks 2 min later then wings. Extremely furious!! Lastnight I ordered off Townsville delivery for dinner from miss songs to have with my friends, I paid $150 and received none of my food, I rung Miss Songs and they made our order again only to not receive it again. Here’s the shady part, the delivery driver rocked up to my house and took a photo of the house and when myself and my girls friends asked for our food he told me he didn’t have it this morning I rung the Townsville delivery company only for the women to be rude and will not give me a credit or refund and then blocked me on social media obviously so I can’t write a bad review.... I am so angry and don’t know who I see now? Moral to the story this company is so terrible with the worst customer service and I would never recommend using them. Hands down worst experience and left us without our dinner and ruin our night More...

The hotel is nice and clean and certainly good value accommodation in Townsville. Downside: EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDERED IN-ROOM DINING, THEY GOT IT WRONG. 2 coffees - we waited for an hour then had to call to remind them. Explanation: sorry, we made them but forgot to deliver them 3 hot chocolates - delivered 2. Not 3. No explanation. 2 coffees - waited 45 minutes. Delivered $54 breakfast to us that we didn’t order. Sent back. Waited another 15 minutes for 2 warm (at best) coffees without the sugars we asked for. We would have ordered breakfast but we had somewhere else to be this day and didn’t want to wait for however long it takes to get the correct food order. Side note: I feel sorry the people in room 1517 who would have got a cold $54 breakfast of Eggs Benne More...

My partner and I just spent the weekend at the ville Was awesome!! We both had so much fun! Friendly staff! Big shout out to all the Table dealers! You guys were fantastic very professional but also up for a laugh! Thank you all for putting up with our shenanigans! Also a massive shout out to the chefs at quarter deck! The Oysters were so delicious/ good size.. we both had the rib fillet steaks for mains. Let me tell you! They were the most perfectly cooked steaks I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time!!! Soo delicious!! With such nice friendly service. Everything was reasonably priced! Everything about the ville was great! Definitely covid safe to top off the good things I can say about it! Needs a refurbish , overhead shower in bathroom so old fashion my wife got her hair wet every time in shower . Every guest has a suitcase but no ramp up 3 flights of stairs from the car park across the road . Had to enter the gaming area just to get a coffee .
