Over a week ago we arranged for Mr Antenna to attend our property to complete our cable management. An email was received the night before to remind us of our 10 a. m appointment. After waiting around all morning a text message was received at 12.20 to say that they were one hour away. At 2.50 p.m still no Mr Antenna. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Booked to have a data point installed. Scheduled appointment and took time off work to be there when tradie arrived.
Less than half an hour before appointment I receive a text saying they tried to call to reschedule- this call never occurred.
When I called to find out what happened I was told the technician was taking longer than expected and tried to reschedule me for a full week later.
When I expressed my disappointment that it couldn’t be bumped to the following day the sales rep did nothing and would not attempt to work through a solution.

My phone question was handled efficiently and courteous as was the follow up John rang me and he and His offsider arrived on time and were very friendly. However I was disappointed when he told me that the antenna I bought only a few months ago was only suitable for the North Coast. This surprised me as it was the dearest available at the time and especially suitable for fringe areas Unfortunately (and entirely my fault) it was not installed by a professional but by a handyman I hoped that a professional would simply fine tune the set up and charge me for the time Instead he charged me almost $450 for a new antenna. Similar antennas cost about $80 from retailers I should have thanked him for his quote but I was so fed up with the poor reception for months that l surrendered and accepted his quote The job was completed in about 30 minutes and I’m not than satisfied with the result. However i still believe I have paid too much for what could have been a simple service call More...

My elderly mother initially dealt with a John Grioli in Melbourne. Was booked to install an antenna and 4 outlets. Did the antenna and then he suggested to delay the job for another day and do a cash deal on side to do antenna outlets. Several months later he still hadn’t come and after me chasing him, he finally confirmed to come on a Saturday. Gets dark at 5pm and be turns up at 4pm and commences job. Does rush job, damaged a wall with his ladder (didn’t own up to it initially) and then didn’t finish job. 2 outlets out of 4 were done and with shonky workmanship and then forced my mum to pay $300 cash. Promised he’d be back within the week to finish but never returned. The guy is a liar and a rip off merchant and his manner and personality was arrogant and non customer service focused. Was rush rush and didn’t follow through with anything he promised. Do not use him or the company. 22/7-Current update is after a very poor initial experience with the tech, one of the owners of mr antenna named Andrew followed up with great care and concern and was really keen to rectify our experience and any issues we had. He sent out two of his most experienced people, George and Mario to check over whole job and put our mind at ease. They upgraded some of the wiring etc and increased the warranty on job. They were thorough and excellent to deal with. So to anyone wanting to use mr antenna I can say with confidence if you have a bad experience with a tech, the owners do care and will follow up. Our Samsung hasn't been able to tune into half the Sydney stations since we got it ~2015 - we gave up and used Foxtel instead. The TV tech (who also couldn't tune it) recommended Mr Antenna a few years back. Now thinking about dropping Foxtel so got Mr Antenna out for an aerial quote. Rory was able to tune the TV with no issues and gave us a quote for a booster in case it reverted to the previous untuneable state.
