They offer the best experience literally from start to finish. I can say with 100 per cent confidence, the coaches GENUINELY care about you and your goals. I have worked with 3 different coaches and they have all offered me valueable advice and guidance that is relevant to my current stage of my life / goals / needs. The Method:
Is NOT = an off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all diet plan or exercise app.
It IS = a fully customised health and wellbeing coaching program. You’re partnered up with a coach, a legit human, who genuinely cares about your challenges and progress, celebrating your wins with you and helping to tug you out of any ruts you slip into along the way.

I’ve checked in with the Method a couple of times now. The first time I checked in, I was in a real funk and needed nutrition and weight management guidance. I was expecting a straightforward diet plan. What I got, was a comprehensive, personalised well-being program that explored my goals, self-care, movement, and all the other aspects that influence my nutritional choices. I learned so, so, so, much. I reached the stage where I felt confident and ready to go solo, which I did with confidence and success, having embedded so many insights and ways of being into my life.

Two months ago, I signed up with the Method again. This is not because I’ve put on all the weight or forgotten all the lessons. My reason this time around is that I found myself in a particularly stressful chapter of my life. I know myself very well, and I’m keenly aware that during these ‘crunch’ times, I tend to get a little lazy with my own needs, which impacts my overall health, including weight and energy levels. I’m already thanking myself for that moment of self-awareness and action.

The level of accountability and encouragement to make healthy choices that the Method delivers is unparalleled. I’m already feeling and looking leaner, more energised and more conscientious of all the little decisions that add up to the sum of how I think of, and feel within, myself.

I know my coach is in my corner, telling me when I need to pull back on some aspects or lean in and go a little harder on other elements. Each week I check in with the macro goals we’ve discussed and agreed on, my sleep, my stress, my energy and my effort. Then, we talk and hash out “stuff”, then figure out what the next week is going to look like.

I am a huge fan of The Method. It doesn’t force me to stay on a single ‘track’, it moves with me through the varied landscapes of my life, helping me to plan what I need to pack for the days ahead to ensure my nutritional well-being and optimising my energy, so I can reach my destination.

I’ve been on the program now for 8 weeks and what I like most about the coaching is, a feeling of support and we will get through this together! You always have that someone in your corner that can lift you out of the bad days/weeks where it feels like it’s all not going to plan. My biggest reason for wanting to get my diet in check is to get more education on what I’m eating and you get that with spades on the program. I’m in this for the long haul and I can confidently say with time I’m going to achieve my goals of food education and a happier weight with The Method Now. More...

The Method is more then nutrition coaching... I have worked with The Method through a range of nutrition goals - from improving health, losing weight, and for athletic performance.

Each time my goals change, my coach listens to me - and most importantly supports me! We talk about everything from nutrition, to sleep, to stress, to anxiety, to hormones to feelings and everything in between.

My Method coach is like my best friend, and my little guiding light helping me get to my goals ✨

The Method is such a unique company to work with. It’s the first time I felt my needs and goals were being taken seriously and the support was actually personalised for ME.

I have the Higher Accountability membership and have a coach that I zoom call with each week. Together we review my meal plan/food diary, discuss how my week went, set my goals & things to work on for the upcoming week and touch on anything I might need some extra support on.

The support is also not just focused on nutrition - my coach has helped me with my hormones imbalances, stress, sleep, training recovery… there’s really nothing I can’t tell my coach or get support on.

Honestly, I just don’t know how I did it without my coach before!! Worth every penny 🙌🏼

We help our clients through thorough and detailed coaching and advice. We get to know our clients personally, as they are more than just a number. We endeavour to understand each client's unique lives - from their food preferences to their favourite movies, all the way to what makes them tick. Understanding the whole person is our goal at The Method.

We love showing people that they are capable of things they thought were always beyond reach. It's so common to have tried many times to achieve health & fitness-related goals and to have not been able to achieve them. Our approach is a tireless 'trial & error' one, where we work closely with clients trying various methods until we find one that they enjoy and feel like they can sustain through life. We also aim to educate along the way, so clients feel like they understand the direction from their coach.

To others, it's simplifying the process and cutting out the confusing information that's available to us all. To many, it's about implementing achievable habits and behaviours that allow us to be set up for success.
