The Laurel has been great with good food and atmosphere. I am American and was able to watch the Super bowl here and drink beer and eat amazing food at the same time as watching the game. It isn't widely shown in Aus so I was very happy to see it at my local. During iso life, the chicken parmas were ace and our kids absolutely loved the kids meals. #Winning. We ordered Christmas in July dinner to have at home during lockdown. All the food was fresh and hot - we really appreciated how easy and delicious it was! The kids loved the addition of Christmas crackers and chocolates and the serving sizes were very generous and great value! My daughter had her 21st on the rooftop bar last night. Big thanks to Megan who was so helpful and supportive when organising it. The bar staff and security were great; efficient and friendly. Busy night as it's NYE but 30 mins for my drink, come on! There should have been a lot more staff on and the Cocktail was not as it should have been either. Waitress service was good but had to explain three times what I wanted to the waitress. Had the Bao buns for starter and couldn't bite through whatever was in the middle, it looked like a hard bit of Schnitty which had been left out too long and after my starter was cleared away I wasn't brought another set of cutlery or asked if there was anything else they could get us when they delivered the food.
