How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We profile our clients nutritional & allergen needs to ensure max quality and taste. With every client, we take a consultative approach to curating the perfect menu each time. This ensures the menu is both delicious yet practical, whilst also ensuring we aren't "over catering" for our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing individuals and businesses definition of "health food". Too often, we restrict our diets from foods purely based on the image of this being "unhealthy". We pride our business on ensuring every dish provides the perfect balance of macro-nutrients and source only from local suppliers to ensure the best possible product arrives to our customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our corporate catering idea started in an all-day workshop for one of the world’s biggest companies. After 15 years of being fed sugary, high fat, unhealthy corporate catering and yet being asked to consistently perform to a high standard, we decided it was time to help companies transform. True corporate wellness is more than just lunchtime yoga classes, it really starts with how employees are fueling up every day!

Ensuring we are always available to our clients provides comfort knowing our corporate clients can focus on what's important to their business, whilst our events catering clients can focus on entertaining and leave the hassles with us!

We provide our covid safe plan to all clients and revisit this monthly.
